Where do I start?

All new Members must complete a Spinal Health Check with out Chartered Physiotherapist. This allows us to ensure you are ready and injury free to start classes. It also gives us information about any issues that may arise and to highlight strengths and weaknesses for class so your instructor can look after you accordingly.  

Once you've completed 4 weeks of Fundamental Classes and your instructor gives you the go ahead to progress into Level 1 classes. 

What should I wear?

You will need to be able to move freely and may also break a sweat so we recommend comfortable fitting workout clothes that absorb sweat and allow you stretch without any restrictions.

As you work closely with your teacher and other clients it’s always nice to make sure your workout clothes are clean and odour free when you attend class.

Do I need to wear socks?

For hygiene and safety reasons we ask you to wear clean Grippy socks in class.

Don’t worry if you come without, we sell essential grippy socks at the desk for €15. These help you grip to the surfaces you are working on and allow you to move more freely and confidently in your class.

Will I sweat?

Exercise heats up the body and it’s likely you will build up a sweat at your class therefore, it is really handy to bring a small sweat towel with you and a water bottle.

The Reformer looks difficult, how will I know what to do?

Our expert teachers will take you through everything you need to know in your Class. As long as you have booked the right level, you will not be out of your depth.

I have never done Pilates before, will I be able to do Reformer Pilates?

All our new members start in Fundamentals that allows you to become familiar with the reformer, confident in the foundation positions and to ensure a safe progression into Level 1 classes.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a class, you must do so 24 hours before the start time of your class.

Is it safe if I am pregnant?

Perfectly safe through the first and second trimester, after this you will need to attend prenatal specific classes, give us a call if you have any questions. You must be signed off my doctor to continue classes and ensure your instructor is aware.

Is it for both men and women?

Of course, we cater for EveryBody!
